King Cobra S9 Driver Review | Cobra S9 For Sale

The first thing I noticed is how deadly accurate they are. Every shot seemed to go exactly where I hit them. Straight shots were dead straight and with a much higher ball flight than my old clubs. I was surprised to discover how easy they were to shape shots as well. Very high draws were simple.

Below is a list of new and used King Cobra S9 for sale.

I have not yet had the opportunity to really bend a slicing fade on purpose (none occurred on accident) but simple baby fades from center of the green to a tucked pin went exactly as I had planned - that is saying a lot since I am horrible at such technical shots. My older clubs were components modeled after Tommy Armour 845s which, though cavity-backed, are workable like blades... these Cobras are surprisingly easier to work and far more deadly accurate.

Unlike other reviewers, I have noticed a loss of distance with the S9s. All shots feel far truer struck yet fall a good 10 yards shorter than my old irons. This puts my 7 iron at 150 exactly which is more than enough - especially with the added accuracy.

The feel is pure butter. I have no idea if I hit a miss-hit, which is a negative in feel, but the ball still goes where it was supposed to regardless so it gives you the illusion that the entire club is a gigantic sweetspot.

I have noticed a tendency to get caught up in deep dormant bermuda grass. However everyone I was playing with had the same problem with an assortment of other brand clubs. Having a wide sole for the first time gave me a slightly false sense of invincibility... miracle clubs they aren't in that respect.
