Had been using the same MacGregor DX irons for the past 10 years, so I did some research on new irons. I really trust what Golf Digest product reviews/hot list had to say and went with the Cobra SS-i irons which were highly recommended. These irons are amazing, what a difference.

The feel at impact is amazing... very pure feel... as if you aren't even hitting anything. Sweet spot is largest around and they are very forgiving. Ball is easily worked right to left, left to right. I improved 10 strokes in about 10 rounds. And the price is the best part. I got them with the Cobra HM Aldila shafts for $200 on Ebay. With the new Inertia irons being released by Cobra you can pick up a set on for next to nothing. I highly recommend these 2 the 10+ handicapper, looking for a great set of irons.
